SaadCorp employs smart technologies to produce precise on-site floorplans of existing dwellings. A laser measuring device captures the dimensions of each room and inputs them directly into an iPad application. Windows and doors are measured using this same laser tool, ensuring their dimensions and positions are recorded accurately. These features are then placed within the floorplan application to reflect their exact location, type, and size relative to the overall space. For bathroom layouts, our standard offering includes the accurate placement of fixtures such as toilets, sinks, and showers or bathtubs, along with door swings and window placements. This ensures critical elements are always documented for maintenance and planning, while optional extra details—like kitchen cabinets, the locations of hot water systems, air conditioners, and more—can also be added upon request. The resulting floorplan can be delivered in a variety of formats, with PDF being the most commonly used. Once the floorplan is created using these advanced tools, it becomes invaluable for asset managers as they oversee maintenance programs or issue work orders. For example, having accurate room dimensions readily available can reduce the need for additional site visits by at least 50%, saving both travel costs and labour hours. Consider a scenario where bedroom 2 in a remote location requires new carpet installation: with the floorplan on hand, a tradesperson can accurately determine material needs, eliminating unnecessary trips for measurement. When the job is complete and invoiced, the quantities can be easily verified against the documented floorplan, supporting accuracy and cost control. Photography is a key component of property inspections. Mobile phones that can stamp photos with the date and address help inspectors organize and identify images efficiently. These photographs are presented to clients in cloud-based folders, each named according to the property address. It is common for an inspected property to have more than 80 pictures, providing a comprehensive visual record. These images often serve as diagnostic tools or proof of asset condition at a specific point in time. For example, these photographs can help resolve disputes about property damage or verify compliance with maintenance standards, providing both inspectors and clients with reliable records.

We currently support Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and pCloud Drive; Our preference is Dropbox, however, if you use another service, please contact us to discuss compatibility. These services simplify the storage and exchange of reports and photos securely. Depending on a client's portfolio, this can potentially amount to tens of gigabytes.

Scoping Report

A Scope of Works Report is generated when proposed work is required on a property or a group of properties. A scope of works outlines the specific tasks, objectives, and deliverables that need to be completed for a given project, providing clear guidance for both clients and contractors. Schedule of Rates (SOR) are applied to each maintenance element of a project and costs are generated. A Schedule of Rates (SOR) is a list of standardized prices for various maintenance tasks, used to estimate project costs. SaadCorp has specialized software that creates scope of works reports. This software also forms the foundation for effective project management. It helps manage variations, progress payments, quality and quantity control, completion certificates, and summary reports. For example, clients can track project changes in real time and receive updates about payment milestones or quality checks. These features make it easier to handle unexpected changes, verify work against standards, and keep all stakeholders informed throughout the project. SaadCorp employs multiple inspectors, and its software uses secure, cloud-based servers to store and manage project information. When internet connectivity is poor or unavailable, SaadCorp’s vehicle is equipped with In-Motion Starlink Satellite Internet to ensure continuous access to reports and data.
