SaadCorp provides additional services, including pre-purchase building inspections, building consultancy, contracts administration, asset management systems, instant floorplan creation of existing and proposed dwellings, drone footage for building/roof assessment and more.

Our client base is predominantly Public Housing organisations that provide SaadCorp with approximately 98% of their work. Over recent years we have carried out work for housing organisations such as Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC), Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO), Mid Lachlan Aboriginal Housing, SEARMS Aboriginal Housing, Many Rivers Aboriginal Housing, Birrabee Housing, Argyle Community Housing, St George Community Housing, Evolve Housing, Women’s Housing, Southern Cross Housing. Other minor work is undertaken on an occasional basis for private clients when suitable and appropriate.

Our office is located in the Sydney suburb of Carramar, employing 3 staff in either a permanent or contract capacity.
