Founded by Mr Fouad Saad, who began as a sole trader in 2000 providing inspection services to the NSW public housing sector, SaadCorp (NSW) Pty Ltd was officially established in 2012 to work directly with public sector organisations. With an office located in Carramar, Sydney, SaadCorp employs three staff members in permanent or contract capacities. Our client base is predominantly composed of Public Housing organisations, which account for approximately 98% of our projects. Over the years, we have partnered with organisations such as Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) now known as Homes NSW, Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO), Mid Lachlan Aboriginal Housing, Gunida Gunya Aboriginal Corporation, SEARMS Aboriginal Housing, Many Rivers Aboriginal Housing, Birrabee Housing, Argyle Community Housing, St George Community Housing, Hume Community Housing, Evolve Housing, Women’s Housing, Metropolitan LALC, Murdi Paaki LALC, Southern Cross Housing, Mindaribba LAHC, Awabakal Enterprises Ltd and more .
